Non delivery of order

Dear Sir,

I have made an order from the following company in US:-

5, FERNWOOD AVENUE

EDISON, NJ 08837-3800

Order online no: B1191744

The payment of US$329.99 was made in June 03, 2008 by HSBC Bank

Malaysia and till today I receive no confirmation on the status of my

order till today despite my repeated emails to the company. I have

problem calling the toll free number due to time difference.
