I ordered an ice maker from this company. They had advertised the items on PriceGrabber.com and they had good reviews.


I received the item on time. I installed the ice maker and discovered that it was defective. I checked the connections several times and to no avail was able to make it work. The motor in the maker was not working.


I contacted the owner of the company and requested that the item be exchanged for a new one. The owner of the company refused to exchange or allow me to return the item for a refund. I explained that the item did not work and was defective.


I argued with the owner for approximately 20 minutes. The owner stated that the problem was with the refrigerator and not the ice maker. He claimed he did not sell defective merchandise. I explained to him that he would not lose any money as he could return the item to the manufacturer and they would replace the item.


I had a technician come to our house and check the old ice maker. The technician replaced the old one with one of his ice makers. The ice maker worked which confirmed that the refrigerator was working fine.


I lost money on the transaction and now have a ice maker that does not work. I would never purchase from this company again and I hope others will follow suit.
