ripped off over internet

hi there i recently ordered a pair of shoes from shoes empire an

internet site. when i recieved the shoes, after paying &#16375 i saw that

they were cheap fakes (prada) . i sent them back and have never got a

refund. i an totally disgusted in the way i have been treated. the

company cannot be contacted by phone or email. is there any advice

you can give me??
