The Preserve at Briar Creek Raleigh, NC

Not a great place to live, today on my door there was notification of car break-ins in the community. It is a high end/expensive community two bed room with garage +1700 per month for 1300 square feet and we got a letter essentially advising us to be careful.

The office personnel has turned over quite a bit, but even though I paid extra for my security system 3 years ago I found out last month when the alarm was going off and I called the number, no one could help me because the office had never activated my subscription. No apology from the office either. I am moving I am sure that is no surprise.
