REFUND OF DOUBLE PAYMENT

In Feb. 2008 I had a tragic death in the Family in Kingston Jamaica I cound not afford to go so I paid for my huband to go. Made reservation through expedia, they said ticket was not confirmed. I rushed to Liberty travel and paid cash for ticket assuming that the money was there bacause it was cleared by expedia. Jamaica Airlines took money from checking, and money from Liberty Travel for same seat. Promised to refund in six weeks. To date I have not received my refund of $435.79. Every time I call the airline they promise next week. I called today July 22, 2008, and was told by Jamaic Air they made an error, and they don't no when I will get my money.
