Nobody knows anything at the cable company!!!

All I have been trying to do is to get a strait answer from the customer service reps at this company. When I talk to them on the phone, after the 35 min average wait time, they tell me to go to the office. The office takes me an hour to tell me that what the had said on the phone was incorrect. Back to square one!!!!
