No Duplicate sim available in any airtel office

Hi,

I'm working in HCL Technologies. My friend is using TN-Airtel for more than 3 Years. Just a few days ago his mobile has been stolen.

We are in the need of Duplicate SIM card. But none of the airtel offices in chennai can't having duplicate sim.

They are just avoiding the customer.

Really it's hurts a lot.

Please take some necessary action for this.
