I am not sure of the exact day. They turned my cable off on April 21. I had not been home. They never sent a bill for April. They sent the disconnection notice around May 4th. After it had already been turn off.

I had come home and found that they had turned it off. I had received a bill stating I owed them $700.00. I called them and got someone in Asia. When I asked to speak to someone in the United States, she informed me that she could not transfer me over to anyone to call back to try and get someone in the united states. I tried 4 time and every time I got someone either in the Philippines or Asia. So I finally just talk to the girl in Asia.

When I asked her why I was being charged $700.00. She told me it was for equipment. I told her that I never received a bill for April or even a disconnection notice. She couldn't help me. I asked her how much would it cost to get my cable turned back on she told me $180.00. She told me that that included the reconnection fee.

When my son got home from California he called to pay it. they ended up charging he $30.00 more for the reconnection fee. $210.00 total to have it back on.

That was the first lie!

Now my last payment was paid on March 6, 2008. for $116.57. I was on a promotion. $99.00 for my TV and internet.

Two weeks later we got a bill for $.250.00, when I called back I got someone in the Philippines. I called 3 more times and finely talked to someone else in Asia. When I asked him why I got a bill for $250.00 he told me that because my cable was turned off I lost my promotion. and that $30.00 of that was reconnection fee. I told him that when I talked to the girl two weeks earlier that she never told me that I lost the promotion, he didn't have a answer to that.

When I told him that the $30.00 was already paid, he told me I need proof of that. I told him that if it hadn't been paid they would never have turn it back on. He informed me that he could help me. I just hung up. I was so mad.

I had surgery and have not been at home. My son is there. He called me and told me we now have a $500.00 bill. I tried calling the corporate office and got sent to the Philippines again, when I asked where I was calling and he told me , I just hung up. It is sad when you can't talk to someone here in the USA about a service that you get here in the united states. They say word of mouth is the best advertisement, but it can also be the worst.

I will do my best to worn everyone to not get charter.
