airtel postpaid - deposit is not returned me back after one and half year

Dear sir,

I have surrendered my Airtel-postpaid connection(9867138831) on 27/04/07 on phone. I deposited 500Rs at the time of card issue. I was expecting the return cheque in 45 days. They have sent me cheque of 367Rs after 7 months with wrong name which I could not deposit into my account. I have visited Airtel-galarry, and the person sited there asked me to file a form with cheque and not giving me proper information.

So I moved to main office at Lower parel on 3May 2008. The customer care executive said me that we have cut your one months bill. This is absolutely unfair as I was not using that no. after April07. That person said me that we will take care and reissue the cheque. Still I am waiting for their response.

They have blocked my card and I lost all my no.s from that card. Actually that card belongs to me and they should block service only.

I am really frustrated by their service. And this is the only cause I have close my Airtel card although having good plan. Can you please help me to take action against this?
