False advertising

I purchased Aqua Globes from this company. First of all they do not work as advertised. Some are hard to fill, some empty immediately, others do not empty at all, and most of them fill up with dirt. The order stated it would qualify for free shipping. This amounted to having to join a club and being active in it to process free shipping. Then it only would allow for a limited amount. It cost me $47.00 in shipping to send and return this order of defective merchandise.

The Customer Service Dept. has some

very good people but if you get the

woman that I talked to at night, she is

the most bull headed, crude person I have ever talked to. She just would not

listen to what I had to say and refused

to let me speak to a supervisor. She hung up on me several times. I ordered

$59.42 of the globes and was billed for

$160.54 which I refused to pay. I did

mail a box of 12 globes back today. I'll

see what happens.Thank you for your

complaint. WARNING ! DO NOT DEAL WITH

THIS COMPANY !!!
