Auto Warranty Darcars Lincoln Mercury Darcars KIA 4700 Branch Ave Marlow Heights, Maryland, 20748 Marlow Heights, Ma 20748 US www.darcars.com On Thursday July 17, 2008, I took my Linclon Mark LT Pickup to Darcars Linclon Mercury for its 30,000 miles service. When I left the Truck on Wednesday evening I left instructions for what I wanted to have service which was a 30,000 Mile Maintence, along with an recall #08S05. After receiving my truck back, I was still hearing a rattle in drivers side front wheel. The day I picked up the truck from the service department, the mechanic and I drove the truck but at that time the mechanic did not hear the sound in the front wheel but said if I still hear the rattle, to bring the truck back and further testing would be done. I scheduled to take the truck back on Tuesday July 22nd and I was explaining to the service Manager Erine Payne about the problem I have experience with the truck since I was serviced on Thursday and he would not acknowledge what I was saying to him about the service of the truck. I question the integrity of the technicans as it relates to honoring the service agreemenet for Lincoln vechicals. The service that is being provided it not honest and truthful. In the past I have taken my Truck to have repairs made, and although it was indicated on the servce order, it was not done such task was when I spilled hot chocolate on my gages, I was charged $160.00 plus to have it cleaned and discoverd that it was not cleaned after taking the truck to another mechanic. If simple task such as toping off fluids which is stated in the work order is not being done, then this calls in to question the integrity of the service of Lincoln Darcars. I have will not return my vechicle to Lincoln Darcars for any future service. As I no longer know, I can not trust Darcars to honor ther service agreements with their customers.
