Complaints against ICICI Bank - Money Debited

Hi,

I have been an ICICI bank Saving as well as Demat account holder. I have

been using there services from last around 3 years.

My demat account is special Corporate Category which is absolutely free

for first year and also for next year if I make more than 10 Transaction

in my demat account.

My account was opened in May 2007 and in the last one year I have made

way more than 10 transaction in my account.

Few days before they have debited amount from account mentioning "Demat

charges TILL 2008". I contacted customer care for this debit then they

mentioned that its not for 2007-2008 (as relevant from text) but for

2008-2009 advance which is also irrelevant in my case. Then I contacted

my account manager through an email. Most interestingly this mail chain

has been going from a long time and every time a different account

manager respond with answer I have already told or totally irrelevant as

if they have not been reading my mail at all. I am attaching the main

chain for your views.

I also contacted service quality head for this but have not got any

replies from them.

I have the email from their service quality team stating terms and

condition of my account (Also attaching the same for you ref).

I have been totally frustrated and mentally tortured by them and there

responses.

Looking forward for you guys to help.

with a cc marked to chanda.kochhar AT icicibank.com;kamath.kv AT icicibank.com with all mail trails.

Write clearly that you will be forced to escalate this matter to RBI OMBUDSMAN if do not get the proper resolution.
