Non-responsiveness on Emergency AC call

Home US On Friday, July 18, at 5:17PM I called in an emergency request for service on my AC. dispatch number 134478362. I was told that Bailey's Appliance, in Augusta Ga would contact me - promptly - by Mary. As of July 19, at 1:37 PM - still no contact. I spoke with Lachoya, who assured me that she would call them and tthat she would call me back. It is now 6: 25 - on Sunday, July 20th! No one has called me yet! I worked for ServiceMaster for over 13 years and they prided themselves on SERVICE ! I clearly stated in conversations with both Mary and Lachoya that I had a serious heart condition and needed eemergency repair - because of mid-90 degree temps here. Nothing ! Apparently- in your training of customer service reps - you have neglected to tell them that they need to "take ownership" of resolving issues like this !!!!! The operative word here is "resolving": evidently missing from your vocabulary. Expectantly, E.Lyons Is anyone in MANAGEMENT listening ?
