A1 Books is anything but...unacceptable length of wait time for delivery.


Order processed June 10. Delivery today is July 2. No correspondence

from them between that time. I'm not satisfied. I bought an alternate

book in the mean time. To return the book I would have to do an RMA,

and pay restocking fees to return a book to a lousy outfit that is

deliberately unambitious to gratify a customer. From what I've read

(after the fact), it'll be more of a hassle than it's worth. I

learned a lesson...A1 Books.com is anything but A1. What's just as

bad is that Barnes & Nobles appears in cahoots, as it is equally as

difficult to work with them to get a satisfactory, no hassle return.

Read their return policy. (B&N is where I initially purchased the

book from.) Go somewhere else.


And, thanks Complaint.com. By reading this, I hope someone learns

from my mistake
