for delivery A1 Books is anything but...unacceptable length of wait time for delivery. Order processed June 10. Delivery today is July 2. No correspondence from them between that time. I'm not satisfied. I bought an alternate book in the mean time. To return the book I would have to do an RMA, and pay restocking fees to return a book to a lousy outfit that is deliberately unambitious to gratify a customer. From what I've read (after the fact), it'll be more of a hassle than it's worth. I learned a lesson...A1 Books.com is anything but A1. What's just as bad is that Barnes & Nobles appears in cahoots, as it is equally as difficult to work with them to get a satisfactory, no hassle return. Read their return policy. (B&N is where I initially purchased the book from.) Go somewhere else. And, thanks Complaint.com.
