Poor service

onlinestoreinc US http://onlinestoreinc.com/index.htm We purchased an expensive bed frame on June 24th. We verified the product was not on backorder before placing the order. We were told 7-10 business days for delivery, pretty typical. They billed our credit card immediately. It is now 25 days, we have no bed or an eta of when it is coming. We can't even track the order as advertised on their web site. When we call they can't give us any information just that it will be here in a few days.
