Not as ordered (one teed off customer) To who it might concern. In 2007, the month of February I picked up my new Ford F 150,after waiting almost 2 months. The only thing that was correct was the color and body style. The dealer installed or had a job shop install some of the equipment that I had ordered. Still to this date I have not heard from this dealer as to when and if they plan on installing the equipment that was ordered. Here are a few of the things, that are missing. Locking differencle,shift on the fly(it's a four wheel drive) high output anteater as this is required with the high voltage of the fog lutes, I know this as my 06 F150 had a 30 amp higher output.There was no power lock or power windows, I gave them a after market power window kit which works fine that they installed. I also ask them several times not to place a dealer sticker on it, which the salesperson removed it with a pocket knife,I have seen a lot of these removed ,and they were all removed with low heat, such as a hair dryer.Of course he damaged the paint on the tailgate removing it. I will be buy a new pickup this next year, and if this matter cannot be resolved it will not be a Ford product. I'm sorry to have to write this letter, as no one likes bad news, but what is right is right. Please let me know what else that you might need to know,as I can't travel very far as I'm on oxygen and the dealer is about the max travel time away from my home where my nonportable oxygen machine is.
