I contacted Kinon regarding a particular product and the material of the product. I was told by 2 sales representatives that I could do a lewd act and then they hung up the phone. If this is their idea of customer service, no thank you! I will do without their products. I am just mortified that a company would actually employ someone that talks to a potential customer like this.

The phone call in question was from a company that enquired how they could copy our materials and processes. We do not consider a person who is trying to copy our products a potential customer. In addition, we are not in the business of teaching other people how to replicate our products.
There were absolutely no 'lewd acts' mentioned on this phone call.
