Dear Sir/ Madam,

Without any information Airtel started sending News alert msgs. and

debiting Rs. 30.00 since last three months. I have never requested

Airtel to provide this service and without my consent they started

this service.

I have lodged several complaints with Customer Care deactivate this service of sending New Alerts to me. The customer care guys assured

me with in 48 hrs. this service will be stopped. But no action as been

taken.

I WANT THIS NUISANCE TO BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY ! Also

I DON'T WANT UNNECESSARY CALLS/ALERS ETC... FROM AIRTEL.
