Taken for thousands

Ordered 5 apple iphones on 7/3 to be delivered in 2 days of payment through paypal clearing. Paid 1500usd. 7/11 notified they need 475usd for customs fees. Paid and ordered additional 3 phones for 1555usd. 7/15 notified they sold my order to cash paying customer. Order sent to Nigeria and I was to order 2 more phones b/c they cannot ship less than 10. Demanded refund. Company does not respond.
