I ORDER A CD ONLINE ON 7-1-2008 THAY TACKEN THE MOENY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ON 7-03-2008.I DID NOT KNOW THAT I DID NOT GET THE CD WHIN I HAD SEEN THAT THAY HAD TACKEN 69.00 DOLLAR OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.I CALL THEM ON 7-11-2008 AND TOLD THEM THAT I DID NOT GET MY CD AND THAY TOLD ME WAY THAY TOOK OUT THE MONEY.SHE SAID THAT THE 7DAY WAS UP AND THAT IT WAS A MEBERSHIP I TALK TO HER AND SHE SAID THAT IT WOULD TACK 3DAY TO PUT THE MONEY BACK.ON7-14-2008I CALL BACK SHE SAID THAT THAY WAS NOT DOING TO GIVE ME THE MONEY BACK SO I AS TO TALK TO THE SUPVICER AND SHE SAID THAT THERE NO ONE THERE.LATER THAT DAY I CALL BACK IT WAS THE SAME WOMAN AND SHE SAID THAT THAY WERE SILL LOOKING AT IT AND I TOLD HER THAT YOU TOLD ME THAT YOU SAID THAT THAY WAS NOT GOING TO GIVE ME BACK MY MOENY AND SHE SAID I DID NOT SAY THAT BACUSE I WAS THE ONE THAT TALK TO YOU EARLYER ISAID WOULD YOU MAKE UP YOU LL MIND.I AS IF I CAN TALK TO THE SUPERVICER AGIN SHE SAID THAT NO ONE IS THERE.ON 7-16-2008 THE CD COME IN THE MAIL I NEEDED THE CD TO GET STARED AND I DID NOT HAVE IT AND THAT MADE ME PAY 69.00 DOLLAR I AS TO GET SOME ONE TO CALL ME AND ONE CALL I JUST WANT THEM TO BE FARE.
