Very Bad after sales servive

HP Compaq 6910P,S/N CND75205HQ,P/N GU374PA#ACJ IN SUBJECT: Product HP Compaq 6910. S/N: CND 75205 HQ, P/N: GU 374 PA # ACJ. Your Ref: 2601896295. I called up 1800 11 2267 on 10th of June 2008, Regarding the abpve subject and informed them that I cannot operate as I get Blank screen as soon as I switch on the system. My complaint was registered, the next day one Mr. Naresh, Mobile # 9449840010 called me and told he will rectify it on 11th, this was asigned to Ms Maha Electronics, Bangalore. But no one turned up till date. I called up again on 11th 1800 11 2267, one lady pick up and answered me that the part is already ordered and the system will be operational by 12th. Again I called up at 1430 hrs 1800 11 2267 Mr. Raj attened and transfered the call to Maha electronics they promised me that they will call with in 30 minutes but in vain. Again I called up 1800 11 2267 at 1615 mr. Jaslin answered and informed that as per your record mother board is already dispatched. I called up Maha Electronics I didnot receive any positive answer. I like to bring to your kind attention that I had a very bad experience with Maha Electronicswhen the job of my DESK TOP was assigned, the Engineer of the same company entirelyspoiled and made my desk junk.They are very irresponsible and do not have any expertsto handle the job. I feel ashsmed about the HP very bad response and worst after sales service, If you cannot Provide service please let me know at once.I never expected HP's service is so worst.
