Incorrect rings - no refunds

On June 17, I ordered a pair of stainless steel wedding bands. A 5.5 and an 8. One week later, I received the rings. They were BOTH a size 5.5. I called the company. They sent me a return label to mail them back. I sent the rings back on 06-27-08 - by Fed Ex and they were received by Gordons on 06-30-08. I have not been credited for this order. I have emailed them twice to inquire and they tell me to keep watching my credit card.
