ICICIDIRECT Extra AMC Charges

Dear Sir,

This is regarding extra charges levied by ICICIDIRECT towards AMC.

Myself Sandeep Chinta, had opened a demat account in May-2006 with

ICICIDIRECT. This was a special scheme given to corporate employees. I was

told if you do over 10 transactions in one financial year, the next year you

dont need to pay any AMC. But in July 2007 AMC of Rs:505.62 was deducted

from my account, even after doing 23 transactions from May 2006 to March

2007.

I had given written complaint to ICICI Direct,F.C Road,Pune branch. Till one

month no action was taken, so I went to ICICI office again and enquired. To

my suprise they had misplaced by complaint. So I had to file another written

complaint. I was told at the end of the year, this amount will be refunded.

But till now no amount has been refunded.

As I had done 23 transactions during 2006-2007 year, no AMC should be

levied.
