airtel mismanagment ( cheating ) and unproffesional service Dear sir I would like to draw my felow friends who are using air tel services , i bought prepaid card in mulund and got it activated , however when i send message to indonesia ( abroad ) each sms it got deducted rs 5.00 for sms even though that message is stil showing pending in my mobile also i checked with my friends to whom i send sevral messages they never received any sms from me . i went to their mulund branch and contacted concerned officer she was polite enough to handle my complaint and in front of her i sent out sms ( upon her request ) and sms report showing pending and still kept on cutting rs 5.00 from my balance she promised me to resolve this mater in 3 working days but til today it never happened , besides that for getting my unsent sms money refund she is helpless to do any thing even though she acknowledge this is fault at their part . what kind of unproffesional service given by airtel . please convey this message to all users of airtel as well other operator services users also .
