A & E Service

Over the last six weeks we have been tyring to get our washer fixed from A&E Service who handles the service for Maytag Corporation. They are the worst Service organization I have ever had to deal with. We told them up front we thought there was something wrong with the Drum. They changed the Boot again ( 4th time being replaced) and a water pump. This was not the solution to the problem. Again the technician came and said he needed to change the drum then left and then called back to say they needed only to change the seals. Today 07/12/2008 we were on the phone with their supervisor at 8am and she heard the meachine running and banging. I told her the Drum needs replacing. She was going ot have someone get back to us but as of this writing now 9:59pm, I still have not heard from anyone. It goes on and on. The worst of all is you spend $1,500 for a washer the doesn't work and then think you pay Maytag for extended service only for them to TAKE YOUR MONEYIT BUT OUT SOURCE THE SERVICE TO DUMMIES.

HOPE THIS GET TO A GOOD READING AS I AM SURE A&E HAVE HEARD THIS MANY TIME S BEFORE.

Back in Oct.2008 we had something wrong with our new washer that we just got called A&E they came out and told me it was the motor. I had to wait for a week until they got the part in. When the guy came out here he took it apart there was one of my new borns socks in it. Then July 09 i had to call them again to have someone come out here to fix it they put two new parts in that time. Then not even a month later having problems with it. They sent someone out to fix it. The funny thing is that it was the same guy that came out here in July. He put a new part in that time. Then when i went to start the washer it was acting up again. Called A&E told them i want someone out here today they told me no one can come out until Tuesday so I hanged up on here. Called Maytag told them i do now want A&E out here i want some other repair services since what ever is wrong with my washer that A&E can not fix it. I went online to see if Colorado has the Lemon Law they do but its only for Cars. Called the place that we got our washer and dryer from they wont take it back then called maytag they told me they have to have second oppion before they will give me a new washer. I'm going to ask the repair guy if he could let maytag know how A&E messed up my washer. I told them this is not right not a new washer should have all of these problems.
