I sent it back via UPS with a Tracking Number:and i didn't hear back from anyone. Everytime I called I got a voice mail stating that the voice mail is full and to try again during normal hours and it didn't matter what time it was. I finally sent a email and had to ask for a refund since I din't hear back until 7/3/08. i wanted a full refund including the shipping fees to send the package back . I also wanted someone to contact me at my home phone number to explain why it s now June 30th and i still had not had any answers. I finally got an e-mail stating that they didn't have the color I ordered but they did recieve the return package . They also told me that i would not be refunded for the shipping fees to send the product back to them that they shipped me in error only the original shipping fee to get the wrong one to me so now i was out $14.00 more than two months latter and have nothing to show for it. This was an e-mail i got: Sorry we do not supply return shipping labels or cover return shipping cost. eat customer service. This was the second time i found that this company did this sending what they have in stock and trying to get you to take it rather than ship out another which i don't think they had in stock in the first place but i was not aware that this was a common issue. I wil never order from there company again and i warn anyone if they get an e-mail from them with there great deals delete them, it is not worth the hassle.
