Bad Service from Vonage

I called to cancel my service, after having to call no less then 5 times, to find out that no one after 4:55est time can cancel the account, I had to call back the next day, where I told them I wanted to cancel my service, after much fighting with the rep, shaun, and his constant trying to sell me on different services he finally said he was canceling the account and that I was going to be charge a cancellation fee of 122.98 and would not cancel my service till I agreed to pay it.
