Appliance Repair

Appliance Doctor of Union Beach, NJ rips people off. Matteo, the owner and repairman, does poor work and does not honor his warranty. Matteo repaired a Whirlpool washer, but caused another repair problem in the process. The washer leaks both water and oil. Also, one of the bolts was not put back in place. When I discovered the new problem, I tried calling him to come back to look at the washer again, Matteo made excuses that he could not come over and said he would come another day. When he did not show up, I tried to follow-up with him. He could not be reached. He deliberately did not answer his cell phone, when I called. If he did pick up the phone, he hung up as soon as he realized who was calling. I left several messages on his cell phone, but none of the calls were returned. He basically took the money and ran - never to be heard from again.
