bad business

Aj Appliance does not deliver the services they say they do when you purchase an appliance in their store. They promised many things that were never carried through. They are a bunch of liars. When we called the store the discuss the situation they were very rude and blamed us. We were told that our appliance would be delivered and installed by them for free. They were delivered, but not installed. They later told us that they do not install. They lied to us! They would not give us our money back because they only give store credit. They have very bad business practices. Do not shop there.
