Scam & Ripoff contractor

In July 2007, Jose & the Owner of Stargate Tech was hired to install security cameras in 3 separate properties of ours. He got paid, installed broken cameras, never hooked up the equipment to record, the DVR never worked and never returned to finish the job. Over the last year he has been contacted 30 times and broke 30 appointments. His work is unprofessional and he is a scam of a business owner.
