ICICI Medical Policy Cancellation

Taken policy by mistake online because of misleading information provided the customer service representative. To cancel this policy almost 15 days from now but no CSR is responding.

They give a call to the number provided, even it was clearly mentioned to them to cancel the policy, they send a mail back saying thanks for reconsidereing.

This is very bad service I have ever got in my life.

Beware to take policy with ICICI Lombard, there customer service is very bad.
