Loveseat Dual Rock/Recliner Steinhafels 2164 W. Beltline Hwy. Madison, Wi 53713 US steinhafels.com We purchased a loveseat and some other furniture on 10/18/07. On November 26 Steinhafels repairman worked on our loveseat and put in some additional padding to level up the seat cushion. On December 8th he returned for the same problem. At this time he said he would recommend replacement. A month goes by and several calls and no word on our furniture. Finally on 1/4/08 we get a call saying the repairman sat in a similiar piece of furniture in the showroom and it sat the same, so they are refusing to do anything to correct the problem.
