HELP me with my treadmill problem...

So my problem being with this wonderful treadmill my husband bought me 3 years ago. I loved it and used it often. About 6+ months ago now, it broke. Bad timing not only because now I have become a workout-aholic, but I also was trying to workoff babyweight during naptime! It has been a nightmare trying to get this thing fixed.

Here is the lowdown:

After FINALLY finding a contact (the manufacturer- Bladz company), I was told over the phone to order this certain part. Weeks later it arrived and my husband installed it. It didn't fix the problem so we sent it back. Then, a repair man I fpund thru 1-800-gymfixx, came out to my house. He said I needed a different part. Once again, I trusted them and ordered it. Weeks later, part arrives, man puts it in, NOT FIXED. Now they say they do not know what part it needs, so they will just order EVERY part they can...really!! They said b/c I have waited so long, they will make the shipping faster. Now, MANY MANY months later, the backordered parts from China are still not in, and nobody can seem to tell me when they might be in. Fine, so give me a loaner. No can do, they say. I need either a loaner or this stupid thing fixed!!! This company is an absolute nightmare to work with and their customer service sucks!!! HELPPPPPPP!!!!
