Polaroid 40' HDMI #TLA04011C & Sears Repair Polaroid US Sept. 23/07 purshased my 40' LCD Polaroid tv. Sept. 27/07 called Polaroid for service and was told that I would receive a call within 48hrs. 96 hrs later called again and was told that it was never entered. " I'll red flag it for you a & someone will be in touch within 48hrs. 96hrs.later called again and was told they not understand why I had not rec'd a call. "Will Red Flag Again". I could keep repeating all the Red Flags that I got but I think you've got the idea. Finally the first of Dec. Polaroid informed me that it was Sears that they contract repairs with and that I call directly to set an appoinment. Great. Sears set appt. fot Dec.24/07.HA. HA. They must have thought it was april first. Jokes on you. Dec.27/07 called Sears. Sorry couldn't make it. Will have to wait till next month on a Monday because we only go to that area on Mondays. Rec'd a call How About Jan.7/08. Great. Jan.7/08 April Fools Day again. Called Sears they schedualed Jan.29/08. Asked to speak with a supervisor. Message from superviser "you'll just have to sit on it and wait. Sure the A Hole wants me to sit on my $1000.00 and wait. Mean while 4 months of sitting on it with no gaurentee that they will show. 4 months of my warentee gone. Called Polaroid. Sorry there is nothing we can do.
