BT Systems Pottstown, PA service follow through

I bought two cameras at the ASTD expo in Atlanta this past June. They were $349 apiece. I know, I know. It was a stupid purchase without a warranty. But, the cameras were very cool! One of them is still working. The other one did not work from the beginning. I was given a business card, and promised that they would send back a replacement if there was any problem. Stupid me! No one replies to the phone messages. No one replies to the e-mails. I am VERY disappointed, but should have known better. I trusted ASTD to have vetted these people for reliability. Sigh. I recommend caution when purchasing something without a warranty, or when purchasing from someone far away. I hope this helps someone else.

I'm the guy who sold the camera to this individual at ASTD.

I don't get many complaints, and the cameras do have a factory warranty. However, I must take responsibility for not having responded to e-mails,etc. If the consumer would like to contact me again I'll be responnsive and get the camera fixed. My apologies for the lack of professiionalism on my part, and thanks for the compliment regarding the camera that does work
