ANIMAL LOVERS BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS

Please be aware of this business and DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR DOG! I leave my puppy of 9 months there and she got pregnant. When I complaint about his irresponsibility, his response was: "I cannot be here 24 hours, so I don't know what happened when I'm not here". he apologize and promise to pay for any veterinary expenses I may have. When I come back with the veterinary invoice, he didn't wanted to take care and through me out of his business.

I start talking with people around the area and pet stores and this is what I found so far. I FOUND 4 OTHER PEOPLE that had problems with this business as well. One lady, he dog got pregnant while in their care as well. Another lady brought what she thought was two cocker Spaniards. he never gave her the dog's papers, so she could not taken them out of the country to take them to Brazil, and two months later found, the dogs were NOT cocker Spaniards but a different bread. When she went to complaint, he through her out of his business as well! Then I found another lady that her dog needed to have an emergency surgery because she leave the dog in this business for grooming, they cut the dog really bad and he got a bad infection that developed into an hernia that needed to be removed with an emergency. They told her this was a result of the infection from the cuts she got at Amazonas dog spa. I continue finding people that have been a victim of this extremely unprofessional business man.

He hire new people all the time.people that have little or any professional experience working with animals. Every week is new people working there with the exception of Maria, she have been working there for a while. And I won't say what she told me (about this business and the man behind)to don't get her in trouble or loose her job, since maria is a good person,just working for a greedy, extremelly unprofessional person.

But PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS AND LEAVING YOUR LOVING ANIMAL WITH THEM. EVERY DAY I FIND MORE COMPLAINS ABOUT THIS BUSINESS. THE MAN THAT RUNS THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE IN COURT AND HIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
