Guidelines Dear Sweta Sanadhya Looking at the mail I find nokia is not interested to support customer in any ways. Your terms and condition states people should buy the phone but should not use it. This was a life threatening incident wherein the phone display has cracked from inside when it was in charging mode. There is no external physical damage induced . The blast was such that it cracked the display & the front bezel . Your Support center doest even want to check on the facts & blatantly said its not covered . They have not even cared to check the same or even listen to me. Our family has been proud owners of NOKIA cell phone from past 8 years, slashed in a minuteâ?¦. The attitude from your customer support is very non ethical . I hope to get a fair response on this matter. Hi Naveen/Saravanan, Please donâ??t  consider any nokia phones for your team members with immediate effect.
