mail fraud,misreprsentaion of merchandise,copyright infringement,

i purchased a used deauville bag from mari adams with authenticlvbags.com. prior to purchasing the bag i corresponded with mari to ensure she could guaruntee authenticity. she stated that she could and that she would include a copy of the original receipt. when i received the bag i took it to my local louis vuitton store to have it authenticated, at which time i found out that it was a replica. i immediately e-mailed mari to request a full refund and a rma number so i could return the bag as per her return policy. before i send the bag back i wanted to do more research online and i did. i found out some really disturbing information. mari has scammed some people out of hundreds and hundreds of dollars, the consumers sent the bag back and hasn't seen a refund since. i'm really scared, i have a feeling that when i send the bag back she will keep my money . i have taken several pictures of the bag from all angles possible and i took pitures of the phony dust bag and phony receipt. can somone please help me. help me get the word out about mari adams and authenticlvbags.com. if anyone can give me any suggestions i would be very greatful.

Believe me when I say you are not alone! Many of us out here have been scammed big time by this con artist and are out thousands of dollars.

I was also a victim of Mari Adams and authenticlvbags.com. My fiance purchased a bag for me for Christmas. It was a horriable fake and was the dustbag and receipt. We followed all the correct protocols for returns and sent her the bag back. She gave us a USPS tracking number that said the item was delivered to our zipcode, but could not confirm the address. Needless to say, we did not receive it. She has since stopped responding to our emails. I only hope that the authorites put a stop to her scams before more honest people lose their hard earned money!

Yes, please Google Dawn Filline, all you will see are the reports she has posted, because she was also a victim of AuthenticLVbags.com/Mari Adams. Dawn cancelled her order and Mari Adams NEVER sent her a refund of $820.00, even though, Mari the LIAR claims she did. Then Mari started bad mouthing Dawn on the internet, pretending to be other people in retaliation, cause she doesn't like all the negative press she has been receiving. She even tried to pass herself off as one of Dawns eBay buyers, claiming Dawn sold HER a fake bag. Dawn contacted the REAL buyer and she NEVER put in a report, anywhere complaining about Dawn. Dawn still has the e-mail to prove it.

MARI DO THE RIGHT THING, SEND US ALL BACK OUR MONEY!!!

After you Google Dawn Filline, be sure to check out her eBay site as well, dawnf630, check her feedback on the transaction that Mari is claiming was the one where she sold someone a fake bag. You'll see the BUYER NEVER CLAIMED IT WAS A FAKE BAG, just that she wasn't happy with it.

I, too, was a victim of Mari Adams, AuthenticLVbags.com. She stole $820.00 from me. I cancelled my order and although she claims to have sent me my refund, she NEVER did. Her so-called 'rma' numbers are all bogus. They are numbers that when punched into the system, show that items have been delivered, when they have NOT.

Look at what the BBB has to say about her. She has a file with the USPS, IC3, BBB, and others.

Anything positive you see written about her or her company was written by her, posing as others to vindicate her sorry self.

The other comment written right here about the original complaint, was indeed written by Mari Adams.

She is a crook and a LIAR and all I can say is STAY AWAY FROM AUTHENTICLVBAGS.COM.

I talked with Mari about this and she said this person was given a full refund, that this particular bag was acquired thru a new consignment source that she has since dismissed. She said there is only one other person making multiple negative blogs who is actually a purse seller on Ebay named Dawn Filline. Filline claims she did not get a refund for a purchase she cancelled before even being mailed out to her - so Filline never even saw any merchandise to make the statements she makes and was really just trying to get Mari to refund her money TWICE. Do a search on "Dawn Filline" Dawnf630 and you'll see what her standards are. I have purchased three bags from Mari since 2005 without a problem.
