Respected Sir, I Sandeep Bhagat Holding a Credit Card of ICICI Bank, My Credit Card No. 4477 4781 2018 2005. I have received this card on 15th June, 2007. As the day I received the card I have not done a single transaction. But yet I have received an email stating my credit card bill. This is a kind request from me to look after this matter very seriously. The transaction shown in that email was from 3rd July, 2007 to 17th July, 2007. After the discussion with your Customer Care Manager Mr. Sachin Kadam he suggested me that if I have not used the credit card then the transaction slips will be checked. So with 2 months period he will be giving me an feedback. He has also stated that from today i.e. 16.10.2007 till more 90days he can follow my case and try to solve it as soon as possible. So kindly go through my query seriously. Reply expected at the earliest.
