Ford Town of Albany - Albany, Georgia

To whom it may concern,

My husband and I purchased a used 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche from Ford Town of Albany in Albany , Georgia on December 21, 2007. The finance manager told us that we had all the information he needed for the vehicle to be financed. Today , January 7, 2008 the salesman and the finance representative called my husband and I to say that the bank that was financing the truck needed our current check stubs, three references, and a bill for proof of address or else they will reposes the truck. We are furious. How are you going to reposes something which the payment is not due on yet !!!! Why didn't we know that we needed this information earlier. We are just finding out about this today January 7, 2008. I am seriously thinking about calling a lawyer. I feel that something is being mishandled. I am not purchasing a house. I am purchasing a vehicle. Please respond as soon as possible.
