DO NOT BUY FROM Diningroomsuperstore.com

I ordered a dining room set from diningroomsuperstore.com in August and it has been on extended back order since then. I was not notified that it was on back order until I inquired about the shipping date. They will not refund my money without a 20% cancellation fee. This seems absurd since they have not produced the product for me. Please Beware of ordering from this company. They have given me the run around for months and are stealing money from consumers. Do not buy from this company!

The same thing happened to me, I ordered a kitchen set in March of 2007 delivery was pushed back until I cancelled in August 2007 with the 20% cancellation fee. I never did receive my money back. I wrote and called every month trying to get my money back to no avail. I also complained to the Illinois and Michigan states attorney office. They got no response, then the company filed for bankrupty. I probaby will never see my money. This is just a fraudlent company and they are allowed to get away with this.
