Counter people: Lori Calabria

This involves the Bohemia NY and Islip Airport locations. On the day of my pickup for the car I called the Bohemia location and explained to the girl Suzanne, that the girl at Islip moved my reservation to her location and had reassured me that the terms of the rental would not change. She told me that the price would increase by about $14.00. per day. Explaining that I was reassured that I would recieve the same terms and then asking her to investigate with the Islip location, she told me that she doesn't have to investigate it, that the price I would get will still be different. I called the Islip location and asked the girl who moved my reservation from her location if the company will honor the original rental price in my original reservation as she had told me 2 days earlier. She said to call her back in 2 hours. Did. And, left three messages asking her to call me back. My trip upstate and reservation was just blown off by Miss Calabria.

In another irritating experience with this young woman, she charged me for the damage wavier for a rental during the prior week. I have already't asked her three days ago to refund this charge to my card. I explained to her that I didn't accept the damage wavier, nor had been offered it, and had told her, I had told her then, at the rental counter that I have all coverages with my own insurance company.
