24 hr Fitness Complaint

I joined 24 HR Fitness around 2 months ago. I prepaid a 3 years of =

member ship for $600. I went on vacation after a month and came back to =

find out that they are closing down the location where I have access to. =

When I joined, the sales representative talked to me, and I told him =

that I don't drive, I am new to this city, and this is the only club I =

can manage to get to by walking or biking. Now, they are closing this =

one down and expect everyone to get to their hill top location, which is =

almost impossilbe to get to unless you drive. I want to cancel my =

membership now and expect to have a partial refund, but 24hr Fitness =

would not give any refund. This is a very unhealthy way of doing =

business. They are basically charging me $600 for 2 months of =

membership. Is there anyway to get this fixed?
