Complaint - Earthlink Network

I purchased my Sis a Earthlink Mailstation as a replacement for her old one

which is worn out. She is disabled and her only access to the outside world

as so many elderly and disabled. The problem came when we started calling at

Xmas to have the machine activated, we were and are still being told as of

today they cannot activate the new machine, no one can give us further

information, as to if they will be able to or when. We also purchsed two more machine

for a couple of other disabled, now we have 3 that we can\'t get activated.

This is a shame and disgrace that they cannot help these people with their

connections. Is there any way or something we can do to get help for elderly

and disabled.

Damage Resulting = These elderly and disabled people are cut off from the

world and to most this is their only connection to the outside world, family

and friends.
