BAD SERVICE BY FORD INDIA

Ford Fiesta 1.6 Sxi Petrol FORD INDIA 69/1A,SHIVAJI MARG, MOTI NAGAR NEW DELHI, DE 110015 IN www.india.ford.com I already sent my concern through FORD INDIA complaint site but so far no response. I went to Harpreet Ford Moti Nagar few months back for servicing and I asked them to fix wheel balancing, they told me that it is fixed, but it was not. So I called them and they asked me come again. I visited them again and they told me to change car tyres ( they should have told me that in first instance, but they didn't). I changed my car tyres and went again, this time they told me that there is a line in car disc so that has to be changed now ( as per them it doesn't come under warranty as well). My concern is that I visited their service station multiple times and they never checked disc brakes any time, now suddenly they want to change it. I am not at all happy with their attitude and service, please look into this and take some action. An existing Ford customer will never buy a ford again in his life as their service support is too costly(an engin over haul cost 1.25 for Ikon).All the advisors hired in the service station are not paid on salary but would get 30% commision on the spare sales which increases the over all value of service and un necessarily make customer replace parts which are avoidable.
