Zhanjin Furniture Co., Ltd. is a scam/fraud Chinese supplier+

Zhanjin Furniture Co shipped me a broken dining fake marble table back in Sept 19, 2007 and they have resolved their claim with their vendor, DHL on 11/8 but they still haven't reimburse me for the broken dining table yet. I have sent numerous emails to my sales rep, Josh Liang in China and the last email I got from him on 12/11 stating he hasn't heard any news from his company regarding my refund. Then I sent three emails on 12/13/07, 12/26/07,1/3/08 inquiring on my refund and he never did respond to my last three emails. I have a strong feeling that Josh Liang is avoiding my emails and I will not get my refund for the broken marble table because they know there is nothing I can do to collect my money due to they located in China. Therefore, I'm hoping to file the complaint with you will deter other online buyers to purchase their defective products and also prevent Zhanjin Furniture Co. to do anymore exporting business because they are fraud and stealing people's money.

i can tell you frankly ,It's not Mr josh's mistake ,iam his colleague.we both worked in the same company and live in one room,you know we are all subject to our boss,the boss he's actually an asshole,we are sorry for that!i remember the table was fine when the DHL come to our factory to weight and pack it,the table were probably damage when transfering and shipping.i do really to help you if you need.
