Rooms to Go - Poor Delivery - Poor Customer Service

I have attempted for several week snow to get resolution to my issue. I have contacted the store, the delivery company and have no resolution.

In November I had an entertainment center delivered to my home. The contract drivers were hired by rooms to go - they have the shirts but that is it. They damaged my hardwood floors and didn't mention it like it never happened. I called the store and the delivery line to report the issue and I was told that they were filing a form and I would hear something within two weeks. I also had an issue with the entertainment center and needed one of the piers replaced, the delivery company actually sent the same two drivers. When I mentioned the damaged they proceeded to argue with me in my own home. I asked them to leave - now the fun begins. Clearly, rooms to go and the delivery contractor’s care nothing about their customers. I have not heard back except for lack of evidence claim denied. From what I understand, once I asked the drivers to leave the 2nd time they came to my home they left and called their manager - stating that I had moved the entertainment center to a different location ad they had not caused the damage. I have heard many things in my life but never have I had a company back their contract driver like this company. The damage is clearly in the same location that the entertainment center is in - I am much too old and frankly to mature to deal with nonsense. It would be respectable for rooms to go to stand up and take responsibility for the horrible horrible company that they have contacted with for their deliveries. I will NOT shop there again and am willing to tell anyone who asks about the poor treatment they can expect.
