Hello Depot No Service

These people changed my 81 yr. old senile mother's phone service in FL without her being aware of this. The service never worked and my brother had to get her a new number because not even ATT could sort out the mess. Now they are sending her threatening letters saying that if she does not pay the bill that is up to 357.00 by now, for a service she never had, they are going to sue her. I have her power of attorney for obvious reasons. I have emailed the company today but have not received a reply yet. Thsi is the second complaint I file on the web and will keep on filing them on every web site I find until I get a solution for this problem.
