Dust Buster Hand Vacuum

To Whom It Might Concern,

To begin with, I am so disappointed in this little vacuum! We have =

always bought Black & Decker products.I am handicapped, in a wheelchair. =

So, needless to say a small, light weight hand vac. is what I need. I =

asked my husband one day when he was going to Wal Mart, to look for the =

hand vac. called The Kone. He did not see that one, so got me ya'lls =

Dust Buster. Well, when I saw it, I was pleased. Then I used it. My =

opinion quickly changed. This vac. is very heavy and it doesn't work =

very well at all. This came as a surprise to me. Yesterday, I was =

trying to use it and it picked up very little. Also, the charge didnt' =

last but for maybe, 45 mins.. I know to alot of people $40. isn't much, =

but when you live off of $600. is can be alot of money. =20

I just wanted to let ya'll know that just about every kitchen tool I =

have is from ya'll. Also, while I am writing this, I want to let you =

know that no instruction sheet was in the box either. Thank you for =

taking the time{if you do] for reading and hopefully fixing the problem.
