Carl's Furniture

Purchased sofa with fabric warranty. When a problem arose, we contacted Carl's and were referred to Stainsafe. Stainsafe sent tech to home and was unable to clean stain. We were told that new cushions would be ordered and shipped to us. Three months later...no cushions. Carl's blames Stainsafe and Stainsafe blames Carl's. Now the cushion cases have been ordered and we're waiting again for another 6-8 weeks too get the product and then we'll have to wait for installation. Carl's is completely uncaring and Stainsafe is even worse. Carl's continue to promote and profit from Stainsafe but takes no responsibility to intervene when there is a problem. I have tried to reach someone in Carl's management and they will not even take my call, meet with me or return my call.
